Instructions for after your VASER Shape Treatment:

Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily to help your body eliminate the fat that the ultrasound waves destroyed from the treated area.

It is very important to do at least 30 minutes of exercise for the next 3 to 4 days to burn the extra calories of fat sent to your liver.

VASER Shape is not intended for weight loss. It is a tool intended to destroy fat cells from areas that are hard to decrease or eliminate by regular exercise alone.

• Do not be disappointed if you do not see immediate results.
• It may take up to 3 or 4 sessions to see and feel the results taking place.
• This is highly variable for each person and while some may see results immediately, others may experience them after a few sessions.
• Avoid fatty meals such as pizza, hamburgers, pastas, tortillas, or any high calorie foods between your treatment sessions. VASER Shape is not intended to eliminate fat so you can eat whatever you want later.
• Eat sensible meals such as broiled or baked chicken and fish. Eat fruits and vegetables or soups that are low in sodium.
• For weight loss help, meals such as microwaveable Weight Watchers or South Beach Living may aid for lunch and dinner as they have only 250-350 calories per serving.
• Eat a low-fat, sugar-free breakfast. Oatmeal is the best, can be served with sugar free sweetener like Splenda. Or a Special K cereal with skim milk. Avoid white bread, tortillas, cheese, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, bagels with cream cheese and muffins.
• AVOID ALCOHOL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Alcoholic beverages contain "empty" calories and will only work against your sessions by turning the sugar from alcohol into fat!
• Our machine works but results will depend on your genetics, your eating and exercise habits, and your age.
• It is important to have realistic expectations. Not all of us will turn into supermodels. However, with diet, exercise and help from our liposculpting machine, we can give you the extra push you need to eliminate unwanted fat from those difficult areas.
